Having worked with an array of clients in addition to 9 years of practical experience and 15 years a student of the craft, Jeffrey is confidant he can help reach your goals. He takes a holistic approach to health and fitness focusing on short and long term goals that are attainable and maintainable.
Jeffrey learned early on that there was a disconnect between quality exercise and nutrition information. Having spent many of his early years switching from program to program and adhering to different diet protocols he learned that there wasn't a one size fits all template. Not wanting people to fall into the same pit trap he did, he pursued a formal degree in Kinesiology and took up personal training in hopes of educating clients and helping them discover what works for them.
He constantly researches the latest in exercise science to ensure his clients are able to maximize their workout time inside and outside the gym. He is passionate about what he does and helping his clients reach their goals is what motivates him. He believes that provided the tools, anyone is capable of change.
