I’m a San Francisco native and personal trainer with over 14 years of experience working with a wide range of clients. I believe training should support a balanced life, not take it over.
Everyone approaches fitness differently. Some people enjoy working out, some don’t, and some just want it done. My approach is to meet clients where they are and tailor the experience to what they need, whether that means structure and discipline or a more supportive, enjoyable environment. There’s no one-size-fits-all method.
Consistency is what drives results. I place a strong emphasis on accountability, communication, and behavior change, using evidence-based training and detailed tracking to guide progress and make adjustments over time.
