Entering the fitness world I lacked guidance and education. I spent many years being unproductive with my training, jumping from program to program and adhering to different diet protocols (neither of which helped me to a large degree). I didn't know what I was doing wrong and was blindly following fitness magazines and online fitness "gurus" . There was a disconnect between quality exercise and nutrition information during the time. My passion for fitness led me to pursue a formal degree in Kinesiology and further my studies through extracurricular courses.
As a personal trainer and fitness enthusiast I'm constantly researching the latest in exercise science to ensure that my clients maximize their time in and out of the gym. I lay out all the options available and let the clients decide what route they would like based off their specific needs and time constraints. I'm passionate about what I do and love seeing positive change within my clientele. I push to educate my clients so that they can maintain a healthy and active life style even after training is over. Provided the tools, anyone is capable of change.
