Personal training is an effective tool for people looking to achieve their fitness goals. As a trainer, I'm here to provide assistance in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. Whether you have specific goals or are a weekend warrior, I can help you maximize your time in the gym, provide nutritional counseling, and keep you accountable.
New clients receive a complimentary fitness consultation where we conduct a full body assessment, take body measurements, and discuss compatibility. Training sessions are 60 minutes and are conducted in a private training facility. Each client receives a custom tailored program specific to their goals lifestyle, and schedule. Assessments are made bi-weekly to monthly to ensure progress is being made.
Nutritional counseling is provided to all clients. This includes an assessment of current diet and initial customized macronutrient and caloric intake. Additionally, clients are provided anytime support via email, phone call, or text.
