Personal training is an effective tool for people looking to achieve their fitness goals. As a trainer, I'm here to provide assistance in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. Whether you have specific goals or are a weekend warrior, I can help you maximize your time in the gym, provide nutritional counseling, and keep you accountable.
New clients receive a complimentary fitness consultation where we conduct a full body assessment, take body measurements, and discuss compatibility. Training sessions are 60 minutes and are conducted in a private training facility. Each client receives a custom tailored program specific to their goals lifestyle, and schedule. Assessments are made bi-weekly to monthly to ensure progress is being made.
Nutritional counseling is provided to all clients. This includes an assessment of current diet and initial customized macronutrient and caloric intake. I do not provide meal plans.
There are always going to be ups and downs during training, but I am here to provide continuous, positive support to keep you motivated, inspired, and accountable. Clients are provided anytime support via email, phone call, or text.
